Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter or margarine
  • 1 pack of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 jar Nutella
  • 1 cake base (sponge cake base)
  • possibly praline(s) for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, prepare the pudding, as it still needs to cool. To do this, mix the pudding powder with a little milk until smooth. Bring the remaining milk to a boil, stir in the mixed pudding powder and bring to a boil while stirring. It is best to make the pudding without sugar, as the Nutella provides the sweetness. Then mix the butter or margarine until creamy. Stir in the Nutella well. While the pudding is cooling, use a large knife to cut the cake base in half. Stir the cooled pudding into the Nutella-butter mixture. Spread some of the cream on one cake base, place the next cake base on top and spread the rest of the cream on top. If you like, you can of course use more bases and decorate with chocolates or something similar.
