Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 120 g almond(s), without shell, ground
- 360 g flour
- 80 g cocoa powder
- 2 drops of bitter almond flavor
- 1 light chocolate coating for decorating

Recipe for the meat grinder
Mix softened butter with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the egg yolk. Using a dough hook, mix in the remaining ingredients and knead to form a dough. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Then, using a meat grinder fitted with a biscuit attachment, process the mixture into biscuits and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 10-15 minutes. Decorate with light chocolate glaze. This recipe yields approximately 3-4 baking sheets.
