Tomato salad with figs

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 large tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper, colored, from the mill
  • 8 figs, dried
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (sherry)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the tomatoes into approximately 5 mm thin slices and arrange them on a platter in a shingle-like pattern. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the figs into thin strips and scatter them over the tomatoes. Then drizzle with olive oil and sherry vinegar and season again with salt and pepper.
