Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 piece(s) ginger root, walnut-sized
- 500 ml water
- 1 tea bag, black
- 2 tea bags (apple)
- 500 ml apple juice
- 4 cloves
- Honey
- lemon juice
- 4 stalk(s) cinnamon, long
- n. B. Calvados, approx. 2 cl per jar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with or without alcohol a pleasure in the cold season
Peel and slice the ginger. Boil water, add the tea bags, and let it steep for 5 minutes. Add the apple juice, ginger, and cloves. Heat everything (do not boil!), season with lemon juice and honey. Divide among 4 glasses/cups, adding a cinnamon stick to each for stirring. For the adults, add 2 cl of Calvados per serving.
