Apple Calvados Punch

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 liter apple juice
  • 100 ml Calvados (or 10 tbsp)
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 5 carnations
  • 2 apples
  • possibly raisins or currants

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Heat the apple juice and the juice of half a lemon in a saucepan. Dissolve 50g of sugar in it. Bring to a boil with the cinnamon stick and cloves (place the cloves in a tea strainer if desired). Meanwhile, peel the two apples and cut them into fingernail-sized pieces. Add them to the apple juice with the Calvados and bring to a boil again. If you like, you can also add raisins or currants to the punch.
