Spritz cookies baked with boiled egg yolk

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 4 egg yolks, hard-boiled
  • 500 g flour
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sweet cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cream together butter, salt, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Strain the hard-boiled egg yolks through a fine sieve and stir in. Add 1 pound of flour and the baking powder, then stir in 1 tablespoon of heavy cream. Pipe strips onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 175°C (350°F) until golden brown (approx. 10-15 minutes).
