My grandma’s delicious butter cookies

Here is my grandma’s ultimate cookie recipe. It’s so easy. Mix butter, sugar, and 2 eggs with a mixer. Then gradually stir in the flour mixed with 1/2 packet of baking powder. If possible, let the dough stand for a few hours, but this isn’t necessary. Now roll out the dough thinly with a little flour, cut out shapes, and bake at around 200°C for 5-8 minutes, until the edges are lightly browned. The cookies will still be a little soft, but they will harden as they cool. Now mix sifted powdered sugar with a little lemon juice to form a thick glaze and brush it onto the cooled cookies.
