The most delicious cookies I know

For the dough, mix the flour, hazelnuts, and baking powder in a bowl. Make a well in the center. Add the powdered sugar, salt, cinnamon, and egg. Spread small pieces of butter over the floured edges. Quickly knead the dough until smooth. Cover and let cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Dust the flour on a work surface. Roll out the dough to about 0.5 cm thick. Use a shot glass to cut out round cookies. Grease a baking tray and place the cookies on it. Bake for 10 minutes at approx. 220°C (top/bottom heat). Remove the tray from the oven and remove the cookies from the tray. In a small bowl, stir the apricot jam until smooth. Spread the jam on half of the cookies and top each with an empty cookie. For the garnish, melt the chocolate coating in a water bath and cover the cookies all over. Finally, roll the edges in the grated hazelnuts. Press a walnut half onto each cookie.
