Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g wheat flour
- 60 g cocoa powder
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 1 avocado(s)
- 1 egg(s)
- 50 ml almond milk (almond drink)
- 40 ml oil
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
First, preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt and set aside. Add the remaining ingredients—except the chocolate—to a blender and blend thoroughly. Then, warm the dark chocolate and stir it in until melted. Sift the reserved flour mixture and fold it in. Place teaspoon-sized heaps of batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
