Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 600 g flour
  • 400 g butter, soft
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), pulp
  • 1 lime(s), untreated, zest
  • 3 g salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Whisk eggs with butter, sugar, vanilla bean pulp, lime zest, and salt. Sift flour and knead into the remaining mixture. Refrigerate dough for one hour. Use as a cake base or for cookies. If making cookies, bake them for about 10 minutes at 180°C fan-assisted oven.
