Crispy Dukan chocolate cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp edible bran (wheat bran)
  • 4 tbsp oat bran
  • 60 g low-fat curd cheese (max. 0.5%)
  • 125 g natural yogurt (max. 0.5%)
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 4 tbsp sweetener
  • 2 tbsp skimmed milk powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

PG – Development phase

Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and form 20 to 25 small, flat cookies. Alternatively, use a spoon to place small heaps of cookies onto the baking sheet, leaving some space between them. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 160°C (325°F) for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Carefully remove the cookies from the baking sheet once they’ve cooled.
