Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 tbsp, heaped almond flakes, chopped, approx. 50 g
- 5 tbsp, heaped sunflower seeds, approx. 55 g
- 3 tbsp, heaped pumpkin seeds, approx. 30 g
- 2 tbsp, heaped sesame seeds, approx. 20 g
- 3 tbsp, heaped walnuts, chopped, approx. 32 g
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- 2 tbsp, heaped honey, approx. 35 g slightly warmed
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Preheat oven to 130°C (top/bottom heat). Combine the egg, honey, and salt in a bowl and whisk until well blended. Now add the remaining ingredients and fold in well until well blended. Spread a tablespoon of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and shape into a round shape. I always use small dessert/appetizer rings for this. Finally, bake everything in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Ready in just a few minutes and contain hardly any carbohydrates! Recipe for about 10 snacks with only 4.8 g of carbohydrates.
