Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 40 g protein powder (Slim Shake Powder, e.g. from Layenberger, chocolate-nut)
- 20 g xylitol (sugar substitute), light
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 30 g oat flakes
- 20 g flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes
low carb, approx. 9 cookies
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix, and then use two spoons to spread the dough onto the baking sheet, flattening slightly. Bake the cookies at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 12 minutes. This amount made 9 cookies for me. Each cookie has about 60 calories.
