Oreo cake

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 sponge cake, dark
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 2 packets of Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 4 sheets of gelatin
  • 2 packages of Oreo cookies
  • 40 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

For the cream, whip two cups of cream with a little sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff. In a second bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Soften the gelatine in cold water, squeeze it out, and dissolve it in warm water, then mix it with the cream cheese. Then add the whipped cream to the cream cheese and fold in. Put half of the biscuits in a freezer bag, break them up, and fold them into the mixture. Then put the cake base in a springform pan. Pour in the cream and chill for at least 2 hours. Finally, decorate the cake with the remaining biscuits, if desired. In the photo, I used a light-colored base, but the cake tastes much better with a dark one.
