Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake base (Vienna base, 3-piece), light
- 750 g low-fat curd cheese
- 4 cups of cream
- 3 packets of vanilla sugar
- 500 g strawberries
- n. B. sugar, to taste
- Powdered sugar, for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 30 minutes
without gelatin
Place the first layer of cake base on the bottom of a springform pan and then secure the cake ring around it. Chop the strawberries into small pieces and arrange half of them on the base. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, gradually adding the vanilla sugar. Fold the quark into the cream and season with a little sugar to taste. Pour half of the cream and quark mixture onto the base and cover with the second layer. Then add the strawberries and the cream and quark mixture once more. Finally, place the third layer on top and chill the cake in the refrigerator (preferably overnight). Dust the cake with powdered sugar before serving.
