Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 220 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 pack of pudding powder, chocolate
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp gingerbread spice
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp. clove powder
- 1 pinch of cardamom
- 100 g margarine or butter
- e.g. chocolate, for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Knead all ingredients together and form croissants. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top and bottom heat) for about 12 minutes. Then let cool and decorate with chocolate. Makes 2 baking sheets.
