Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g ground almonds
- 100 g honey
- 250 g butter, room temperature
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp gingerbread spice
- ¼ tsp cardamom
- ¼ tsp clove powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar (bourbon)

Suitable for Advent brunch…
Toast the ground almonds in a non-stick pan, remove from the heat, and let cool. Cream all the other ingredients with the softened butter using a fork until creamy. Add the cooled ground almonds and mix well. Season to taste. Spoon portions into small jars or butter dishes and let stand for at least 2 days. Tastes great on fresh yeast plaited bread or sweet rolls.
