Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g mango pulp
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 50 g soy yogurt (yogurt alternative)
  • 50 ml water
  • 2 pinch(s) vanilla powder
  • 20 g agartine

Instructions

Cut the mango into pieces and puree with water, lemon juice, and soy yogurt. Heat the mixture with the vanilla in a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring. Add the agartine and simmer for a few minutes. Pour the mixture into chocolate or ice cube trays and let it set in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. Once the fruit gummies have hardened, pour them into a glass jar and store them in the refrigerator. They will keep for about 2 weeks.
