Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 200 g butter
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- some lemon(s), zest

Makes about 60 cookies
Beat the butter until fluffy. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon zest, and the egg. Stir in the flour a tablespoon at a time. Do not grease the baking sheets, and do not use baking paper. Pipe the desired portions of dough onto the baking sheets using a pastry piping bag. Bake at approximately 160°C (320°F) for a lighter or darker crust, as desired (approx. 10 minutes).
