Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 egg whites
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 50 g dark chocolate or chocolate flakes

No nuts, no flour! Ideal for allergy sufferers. Serves 25
Beat the egg whites until stiff, then gradually beat in the sugar. Carefully fold in the sifted cocoa powder and chopped chocolate. Using two teaspoons, place walnut-sized heaps onto a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25 to 35 minutes at 130-150°C (gas mark 1-2).
