vegan “latte” with banana

Blend half a banana with about 50 ml of water in a blender (add more or less water depending on how thick you want it). Brew about 100 ml of coffee as usual and mix it with the banana water. The banana water is slightly foamy, which is why I think it’s a good vegan substitute for milk in coffee. Tips: If you want the coffee to be hot rather than lukewarm, use warm to hot water. Instant coffee is also a quick alternative. Then simply blend half a banana with about 150 ml of hot water and instant coffee powder as needed. The “milk coffee” can of course be sweetened with sugar, although the coffee is sweet enough from the banana.
