Ingredients for 40 servings:

  • 250 g oat flakes
  • 200 g butter
  • 125 g flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pack of wafers

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Oatmeal cookies

Heat the butter and pour it over the oats. Let it cool. Add the sifted flour and baking powder and mix with the remaining ingredients until smooth. Place the mounds on the wafers and bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes. Tip: Dip one half in chocolate for a delicious look and taste.
