Ingredients for 40 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g flour, smooth
  • 25 g starch flour (cornflour)
  • 80 g powdered sugar
  • 5 eggs, including the yolk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 30 g orange juice
  • Jam (orange marmalade), for spreading
  • Chocolate, for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cream the butter until fluffy, then add the remaining ingredients one at a time. Pipe small kisses with a piping bag and bake at approximately 180°C until golden brown. Then, spread two of them with orange marmalade and place them together. Decorate with chocolate (drizzle with melted chocolate using a fork).
