Chocolate cookies very fine

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter or margarine
  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • Jelly (blackcurrant jelly)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cream the butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Gradually add the eggs, one at a time, and mix thoroughly. Stir in the flour and cocoa powder. Preheat the oven to 160°C. Using two teaspoons, drop small heaps of dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving space between each cookie to prevent the cookies from spreading. Bake for about 15 minutes. While still warm, stick each cookie together with currant jam.
