Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 9 eggs
- 375 g flour
- 500 g sugar
- 500 g nuts, grated
- 250 g carrot(s), grated
- 2 points gingerbread spice
- 125 g candied orange peel
- 125 g candied lemon peel
- 60 wafers (diameter 80 mm
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
particularly moist, makes about 60 gingerbread
Finely chop the candied orange and lemon peel. Mix all ingredients together and place a full tablespoon of each on a wafer. The batter should not spread. Bake for about 25 minutes at 180°C.
