Breakfast: Chai Granola

The perfect breakfast: chai granola recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 80 g Almonds
  • 220 g Coarse oatmeal
  • 40 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 60 g Sunflower seeds
  • 40 g Melted coconut oil
  • 40 g Liquid honey
  • 4 tsp Chai spice
  1. Roughly chop the almonds and pumpkin seeds in the food processor and then mix them with the other ingredients to form a sticky mass.
  2. Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees fan for about 25 – 30 minutes. Stir it once after approx. 20 minutes so that the edges do not turn too brown. Then let it cool down completely and store it in a large storage jar in airtight packaging.
  3. Tastes pure as a snack or warm and cold with milk, over yoghurt etc. My chai spice consists of: ground ginger, cinnamon, black tea, ground cloves, allspice, cardamom
