Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 250 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 drops of butter-vanilla flavoring, to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Knead all ingredients into a dough, wrap it in foil, and chill for 1 hour. Then roll out the dough and cut out any shapes you like. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for 15-20 minutes. After baking, let the cookies cool slightly and decorate as desired.
