Ingredients for 40 servings:

  • 180 g flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 80 g sugar
  • 70 g brown sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp speculatius spice
  • 100 g chocolate, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cream the butter, sugar, and egg until fluffy, stir in the chocolate and spices, and finally add the flour mixed with the baking powder. Place small heaps of dough onto the baking sheet using a teaspoon (they’ll spread out!) and bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
