Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 2 chocolate Santa Clauses
  • 2 chocolate Easter bunnies
  • 1 pack of cornflakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

I make this because I always have leftover Santas or Easter bunnies. The quantities above are subject to change. Melt any leftover chocolate in a double boiler. Then stir in the cornflakes until the mixture thickens. Now use a teaspoon to make small balls on baking paper. Let cool and enjoy.
