Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 250 g cornstarch
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 pack of cookies (chocolate cookies with sugar sprinkles)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the butter with the powdered sugar, cornstarch, and flour until a smooth dough forms. Form the dough into small balls and flatten them, then place a chocolate cookie in the center of each. Bake them in the oven at 180°C until light brown. Be careful, the dough will double in size during baking.
