Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 450 g flour
- 50 g margarine
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 250 ml water
- ½ tsp salt
- 175 g margarine
- 20 g flour
- 50 g sugar (or more if needed) for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Knead the first 5 ingredients into a smooth dough. Then mix together the 175g margarine and the 20g flour. Roll out the dough to about 1 to 1.5cm thick and spread the margarine mixture in the center. Fold the edges of the dough over and roll it all out. Then fold it 3 times (like a folded towel) and roll it out thinly again. Sprinkle the dough sheet with sugar. Roll it up or divide it into two separate sheets and then roll them up. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and sprinkle with a little more sugar if desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until golden brown. Note: Preparation can be messy.
