Pasta with bratwurst and tomato sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 sausages, coarse
  • 0.2 liters of dry red wine
  • ½ liter tomato sauce
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 5 tomatoes, dried, preserved in oil
  • 5 bell peppers, grilled, marinated in oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

easy and fast

Cut the sausage into thin slices and fry in a pan until golden brown. Then add the onions and fry briefly. Deglaze with the red wine and simmer until the liquid is gone. Meanwhile, chop the tomatoes and peppers and add them to the sausages. Add the oil from the tomatoes and peppers. Then add the tomato sauce and bring everything back to a boil. Season with salt and pepper. Any type of pasta goes well with this dish. Before serving, combine the sauce and pasta and serve immediately on plates.
