Sausage goulash

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g meat sausage, chopped
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp, heaped flour
  • 250 g tomatoes, pureed
  • Sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • Fat for frying
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Brown the sausage and onions, deglaze with the passata, and season with spices. Sprinkle the flour over the sauce and mix well. Add a little water for consistency and bring to a boil.
