Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 cups of cream
- 1 bar of chocolate, whole milk
- ½ bar of dark chocolate
- 1 cake base
- 3 bananas
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pack of cream stiffener
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes
Bring 1 cup of cream and the chocolate to a boil and remove from the heat. Stir until cold. Spread the bananas on the cake base. Whisk the remaining two cups of cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stabilizer until stiff. Fold the cold chocolate cream into the whipped cream. Spread over the cake base and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
