Filled marzipan oatmeal cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 150 g oat flakes
  • 100 g marzipan paste
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100 ml oil
  • some jam

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

From this amount of dough you get about 30 cookies.

First, microwave the marzipan on full power for 30 seconds to make it nice and smooth. Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan setting). Then add all the ingredients one at a time, in any order. Mix the dough with a dough hook until a firm dough forms. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Scoop out a piece of dough about the size of a walnut, knead it, and form it into a ball. Using a round object (wooden spoon, fondue skewer), make a hollow in the ball and fill it with some jam. After baking, let the cookies cool on the baking tray.
