Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 170 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 170 g nuts, ground
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 65 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 4 tsp powdered sugar
  • 6 slices of pineapple
  • 1 cup chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Make a batter from the listed ingredients. Pour into a springform pan lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for approx. 40 minutes. Once cooled, cut off the thin top layer of the base and crumble it. Add the chocolate shavings and mix. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Drain the pineapple slices well, chop them very finely, and fold them into the cream. Place a cake border around the base and spoon the pineapple cream on top. Sprinkle the crumbs on top and press down lightly. Chill until ready to serve.
