A different kind of croissant

Mix the flour with the almonds, powdered sugar, and grated chocolate. Knead into a smooth dough with the butter and Baileys. Divide into three portions, shape into small rolls, and chill for about 1 hour. Cut the rolls into approximately 1.5 cm long pieces and shape into croissants. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and place the croissants on them. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 12-14 minutes. Then let them cool on the baking sheet. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and thin with coconut oil or oil as needed. Dip the ends of the croissants into the chocolate and sprinkle with it if desired. Store in a tightly sealed cookie tin. Yields about 40-50, depending on the size. The calorie value is an average.
