Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 450 g flour
  • 120 g butter
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 200 g cream cheese, 40% fat
  • ½ small bottle(s) of butter-vanilla flavoring
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • ½ cube coconut oil, e.g. B. Palmine

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Quick recipe

Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough. Let the dough rest slightly. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat) or 160°C (fan oven). Form the dough into thin rolls, cut into approximately 5 cm long pieces, and shape them into croissants. Place the croissants on baking sheets lined with baking paper and bake for about 10 minutes. Melt the chocolate with the palm oil in a bain-marie and dip or brush the ends of the croissants into the chocolate.
