- ¼ ring/e meat sausage (Lyoner)
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Herbs of your choice
- Maggi
- some rapeseed oil

Heat some oil in a pan. Crack the two eggs into a bowl. Cut the Lyoner sausage into small pieces and add it. Whisk everything thoroughly with a whisk. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, herbs, and Maggi to taste. Add everything to the pan and fry on both sides.
