Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g meat, sliced
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 pack of mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth
  • 2 tsp Fondor
  • 1 tsp paprika powder, mild
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 250 ml hollandaise sauce
  • 2 bags of rice
  • 250 ml water
  • 125 ml cream
  • 1 pack of instant gravy

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with fresh mushrooms

First, clean and slice the mushrooms. Peel and finely chop the onions. Brown the minced meat evenly on all sides in a hot pan. Add the onions, garlic, and mushrooms and fry for about 4 minutes. Add the spices and simmer gently for another 2 minutes. In the meantime, cook the rice according to the instructions and heat the hollandaise sauce. Remove the minced meat from the pan and add water and/or cream to the uncleaned pan. Add the vegetable stock and bring everything to a boil briefly. Slowly add some of the gravy powder until the desired consistency is reached. If you like, you can also use a little white wine instead of water—it also adds a wonderful flavor!
