Cream – Gyros – Rice – Pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 packs of meat (ready-made gyros)
  • ½ liter broth, granulated
  • 1 pack of tomato puree, small
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 250 g rice
  • 1 small can of corn
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Brown the gyro, add the rice, broth, and tomato puree, and simmer gently until the rice is tender. Add broth as needed. Finally, add the cream and corn and heat through. Alternatively, you can also add peas or chopped bell peppers.
