Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 12 marshmallow(s), single-colored or colored
  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 175 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 200 g flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

for 24 cookies

Roughly chop the chocolate and melt it over a pan of simmering water or in the microwave. Then remove from the heat. Halve the marshmallows horizontally. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt to the softened butter in a bowl and mix until creamy. Then stir in the egg and then the melted chocolate. Important: Reserve about 2 tablespoons of the chocolate for later decoration. Add the baking powder to the flour and mix the two together, then briefly stir it into the previously prepared egg-chocolate mixture with a wooden spoon. Place 12 dough mounds on each of two baking sheets lined with baking paper and shape into rounds with a spoon. Top each mound with a halved marshmallow. Then bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F), fan oven 150°C (300°F), for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove the baked cookies from the oven and let them cool slightly, then decorate creatively with the reserved melted chocolate.
