Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 700 g chicken goulash
- 2 large onions
- ½ can pineapple (in pieces)
- 3 tbsp sausage (chili sausage)
- 1 tbsp dried tomatoes (not in oil)
- 1 tbsp Italian herbs
- butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Slice the onions into thin rings, heat butter in a pan, and fry the onion rings. Meanwhile, finely chop the chili sausage and sun-dried tomatoes. Add to the pan with the chicken and fry until almost cooked. Finally, add the herbs and pineapple and finish frying.
