Chicken goulash with a twist

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 700 g chicken goulash
  • 2 large onions
  • ½ can pineapple (in pieces)
  • 3 tbsp sausage (chili sausage)
  • 1 tbsp dried tomatoes (not in oil)
  • 1 tbsp Italian herbs
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the onions into thin rings, heat butter in a pan, and fry the onion rings. Meanwhile, finely chop the chili sausage and sun-dried tomatoes. Add to the pan with the chicken and fry until almost cooked. Finally, add the herbs and pineapple and finish frying.
