Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter, melted
- 500 g flour
- 350 g sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 eggs
- ½ bag(s) of baking powder
- 250 g almonds, peeled, whole kernels
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest period approx. 2 days; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 2 days 57 minutes
Knead the first six ingredients into a dough, then finally fold in the almonds. Form five dough rolls, wrap each in cling film, and let them rest in the refrigerator for two days. Then, using a sharp knife, cut thin slices from the rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 175°C (fan oven) for about 12 minutes.
