Sausage goulash mother's style

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 jar mushrooms
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 meat sausage
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • some flour
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Finely chop the onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms, and dice the sausage. Brown the onion and sauté it with a little flour. Add the bell pepper and mushrooms and sauté briefly. Add the sausage and passata and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the sour cream and continue simmering over low heat. Season with salt and pepper.
