Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 175 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 75 g wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 75 g walnuts, ground
  • 100 g oat flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 13 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 3 minutes

Cream together butter, sugar, egg, vanilla sugar, salt, and cinnamon until fluffy. Slowly mix in the flour and baking powder. Add the walnuts and continue stirring until a smooth batter forms. Carefully fold in the oats. Chill the batter for 20 minutes, then scoop out dough with a teaspoon and divide it between two baking sheets lined with baking paper. Bake at 180°C for about 13 minutes.
