Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g carrot(s)
  • 1 can peas (frozen)
  • 125 g crab meat
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • e.g. curry powder
  • 1 pinch of ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp juice (vegetable juice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Grate, wash, and cut the carrots into sticks. Cook in a little salted water for about 15 minutes. Drain the peas and crab meat and place them in a bowl. Peel and dice the apple and add it. Add the salt, sugar, and lemon juice. Mix all ingredients, including the cooled carrots. For the sauce, combine the mayonnaise with the sugar, curry powder, ginger powder, and vegetable juice and toss with the salad. Season to taste and let it chill. Season again before serving.
