Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 1 jar mayonnaise, approx. 220 ml
  • 1 can pineapple pieces, approx. 278 g
  • 1 pack of dill, frozen, approx. 80 g
  • 1 jar asparagus, approx. 200 g
  • 2 can/n mandarin oranges, approx. 170 g each
  • 2 cans of tuna in oil, approx. 180 g
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the tagliatelle pasta according to the instructions until al dente. Meanwhile, place the mayonnaise in a bowl. Drain the pineapple chunks, reserving the juice. Pour the juice into the empty mayonnaise bottle, shake vigorously, and add it to the bowl with the mayonnaise and pineapple. Add the juiced mandarins and dill. Finely chop the asparagus and add it to the oiled tuna. Mix everything well and season with salt and pepper. Add the cold pasta and mix everything together.
