Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 110 g butter
  • 150 g white chocolate
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 100 g sugar
  • 120 g flour, sifted
  • Walnuts for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Beat the egg whites until stiff and chill. Slowly heat the butter and chocolate separately in a double boiler and melt. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until fluffy, then add the butter and chocolate. Then add the flour and mix well. Carefully fold in the cold egg whites. Pour the batter into a greased tart pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, arrange the walnuts attractively on the batter and finish baking the tart.
