Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 ml gravy
  • 2 tbsp Calvados
  • 175 ml cream
  • 2 tsp pepper, green
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

tastes perfect with pork

Simply deglaze the gravy with the Calvados. Then add the cream and green pepper. Season with salt if desired—but the gravy is usually sufficient.
